From Dressel's Lawyer

The exact accounting of amounts to be returned to investors to be performed must be done by professional accountants. At this point we believe that those investors who have already received the full return of investment stated in whatever agreement they may have are not entitled legally to receive any more. The purpose of requesting the accounting is to allow us to determine what the pool of investors consists in, what the total amount owing to investors who have not already received their investment contract amount and to return as much as possible. It appears fairly certain at this time that there will not be sufficient funds to fully reimburse the contact investment amount and that only some cents on the dollar will be available to return to investors. We are still in the process of discovering what investments there are and what value they have. Some of the investments have been illegally diverted to other interests and a lawsuit has been filed in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA to recover these assets titled Asset Recovery Trust v. Schreier Group LLC, Donald Ralph Sherer et al., Civil No. 050920394 in the Third Judicial District Court for Salt Lake County.

About Dressel's websites..??..

Let's hear from Dressel :

TO ALL CLIENTS AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS:

It was recently brought to our attention that a former sales agent working for PT WAHANA BERSAMA GLOBALINDO, Jakarta, Indonesia, created a website which misrepresents both the company he worked for, and Dressel Investment Limited.

The sales agent falsely and without authorization claimed in his website that Dressel Investment Limited is a Mutual Fund Deposit offering fixed interest of 24%-28% per annum. This false information was published by the sales agent in his website with the intent of earning commissions from investors who might see his website and invest with the agent.

It is important that clients and potential clients of Dressel Investment Limited disregard the false information contained in the offending website, and any other unofficial website which purports to speak on behalf of Dressel Investment Limited or its' agent, PT WAHANA BERSAMA GLOBALINDO in Jakarta.

Dressel Investment Limited is a PRIVATE PORTFOLIO MANAGER, offering private investment opportunities with preferential profit distribution to select investors. Dressel Investment Limited IS NOT a mutual fund, IT DOES NOT manage a mutual fund, nor does it HOLD ITSELF OUT TO BE a mutual fund. Further, Dressel Investment Limited DOES NOT make any guarantees of any fixed preferential distribution, IT DOES NOT pay interest on investments . Dressel states very clearly in its portfolios presented to select investors that any investment has an element of risk. Dressel retains the absolute right to accept only investors having clean funds, and who meet and agree to the objectives of its' respective portfolios.

Thank you for your kind attention to the above information.

Second Announcement ..???...

SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT
April 3, 2007

Dressel Investment Ltd. (USA) has conducted a preliminary assessment of its financial
status and the availability of assets to pay off demands from investors of Dressel Investment Ltd. (BVI) (the "Company") in the wake of unprecedented demand for return of capital.
However, an accounting showing amounts received from investors and amounts
paid back to them has not been received from the principal brokers of the Company to
assess the total amount of investor obligations. It has been determined that investors fall into one of three (3) groups: (1) those investors who have already been repaid the full amount of contractual obligations owed to them; (2) those investors who have been paid some but not all of the amounts contractually owed to them; and (3) those investors who have not been paid any return on their investments. It has been determined that it is unlikely that the Company has sufficient assets upon liquidation to fully pay the amounts owed to investors in groups (2) and (3). Additionally, no further amounts will be paid to investors in group (1).
Until the Company receives a complete accounting of amounts that have been paid to
investors in groups (2) and (3) it is impossible to determine what amounts are owed to which investors.
However, it is extremely unlikely that the full amounts owed can be repaid.
Further, all assets of the Company are in the process of being transferred to a trust for marshaling assets, recovering amounts due and owing and preserving assets to maximize return to investors in groups (2) and (3).
As soon as we have additional information we will forward it to investors through the
brokers they worked with.

First Announcement ..( From Dressel )...??..

Announcement

There have been many inquiries of investors in Dressel investment limited ( a BV corporation ) regarding its status and the status of their investments. At present Dressel is attempting to obtain information from its independent marketing agents in Indonesia, PT WBG and PT Multijaya, regarding amounts withheld by them and amounts already paid to investors. Without this information, Dressel cannot determine which of its investors has already received a full return of their contract amounts and those which have invested more recently; and their funds have been withheld by the marketing agents without an accounting to dressel.

The marketing agents are not responding in a timely manner and it is Dressel's position that they have wrongfully withheld funds from dressel. Dressel is exploring it's legal options to obtain the required information and funds from it's marketing agents. Dressel is also presently in the process of accounting for it's foreign investments to determine whether it is in the interest of investors to become more liquid in the short term. Dressel has also brought suit against Don Sherer and related entitles in the Third Judicial District Court in Salt Lake City, Utah, U.S.A to recover amounts that it believes Mr. Sherer took through misapprppriation of funds and breaches of duties to Dressel.
